Is Energy Hygiene the same as Vastu?
It is related but broader. Vastu offers time-tested principles about layout and orientation; Energy Hygiene builds on that wisdom with instrument-based measurement and patented rectification protocols. Crucially, it is non-invasive — no demolition or reconstruction is ever suggested.
Is it scientific?
The framework was developed by the Aura Research Foundation, founded by a retired Department of Atomic Energy scientist, and its rectification protocols are patented in Germany and India. Every audit follows a repeatable method: measure, rectify, re-measure, and document the results in a report.
Does it replace professional advice?
No. Energy Hygiene is a complementary wellness practice focused on the balance and harmony of spaces and personal energy. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, and we never position it as one.

How does an energy audit work?
A certified practitioner visits your space and takes energy readings room by room. We then apply the patented rectification protocols and take fresh readings, so you can see the before-and-after difference — all documented in a written report, with follow-up checks available.
